Trade-In & Item Submission Policy

1. Eligibility We accept submissions for retro games, consoles, trading cards, and related accessories. Items must be legally owned by the submitter and accurately described at the time of submission.
2. Submission Process All items must be submitted via our online form on the Sell to Us page. Submissions must include the item name, type, condition and a detailed description. We reserve the right to request additional information or photos before making a decision.
3. Review & Response We aim to respond to all submissions within 5 working days. Submission does not constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any submission at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
4. Sending Items Items must only be sent to us once you have received written approval from Retro Pixel Collectibles. We accept no liability for items sent without prior approval.
5. Verification Upon receipt, all items will be verified against the original submission. If the item does not match the description provided, we reserve the right to revise our offer or return the item at the seller's expense.
6. Payment Payment will be processed promptly once the item has been received and verified. Payment will be made via bank transfer to the details provided by the seller.
7. Returns If we choose not to proceed following verification, we will return the item at our cost within 5 working days.
8. Liability Retro Pixel Collectibles accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.
